Manipulating light and shadows - I absolutely love working with indoor light and experimenting with all kinds of light indoors. In this class I'll be working with the participants in manipulating light, using shadows around us to give that extra dimension to your photos. We'll work with rim light, Rembrandt lighting, creative crops for unconventional portraits, exploring creative photography through various methods such as freelensing and shooting through objects. Participants will learn how to embrace shooting in hard light, manipulate light indoors to create fine art dramatic portraiture, will learn how to look beyond traditional rules in imagery! Most often I hear from photographers that working with harsh light is the most challenging for them. Working with indoor light can be tricky and you can lack inspiration. With this breakout course, I am hoping participants will be inspired to shoot more creatively while letting go of perfectionism.">
